Do you want to learn Spanish?
Whether it is to retire, or whether it is in seeking a new life, there is no doubt that for many people here in Spain life is quite difficult. They feel they are outsiders because they are unable to communicate with the local population. For some it is as small as needing to make simple requests. For others their need to become more proficient is greater.
The English Language Centre realises that there are thousands of people on the coast who would like to learn Spanish for a variety of reasons.
The English Language Centre now runs regular 10 week courses for students of all nationalities who wish to learn or improve their Spanish. The student attends classes twice a week for an hour.
We run courses for:
The main content of each course is conversation. The written is kept to a minimum unless particularly requested otherwise.
We keep all our groups small as we all know how embarrassing it can be at times!
Our teachers are all native Spanish speakers. (They can also speak good English ..we tell you this as we think it might make you feel more confident!)
We welcome students of all ages.
Special groups are run for our more senior citizens... should this be preferred.
