The school is in Fuengirola, just five minutes away from the town centre, the beach, and the main shops. It is also within ten minutes of all transport connections.

The school has excellent spacious and modern premises which are furnished to a high standard, and a full range of modern teaching facilities.
The E.L.C. is a small school which prides itself upon high standards, using well qualified and extensively experienced teachers to provide stimulating and comprehensive courses. The teachers are all native speakers of the language they teach, in addition to being proficient in at least one other language.
The school boasts a variety of classes and facilities for parents, including a Nursery for the very young ones. The class sizes are small, having a maximum ratio of one to twelve students.( The preferred size is a maximum of five students).The school provides appropriate courses for students ranging from four years old to adult. Every individual pupil is assessed to ensure the programme to be delivered is tailored and appropriate to their needs, thus maximising the benefits of the student´s attendance at the Centre.
The English Language Centre is British owned. It endeavours to work towards the same aims as those set by the National Curriculum, those being to provide opportunities for students to learn and achieve,and to promote social and cultural opportunities and development. The language teaching curricula followed are those of the National Curriculum to both I.G.C.S.E. Level and “A level . The school also embraces the broader curriculum of the International Bacalaureate Middle Years language Programme for 11 – 16 year olds, and the Diploma Programme for pre- University students. The school also has experience of intensive courses to enable foreign students to attend Spanish Universities.
